The best device created to help in the treatment of phimosis and avoid circumcision (without surgery)
Solve your tight foreskin problem in just a few days

What is phimosis

Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin cannot be retracted (pulled back) from around the tip of the penis. Your age can determine the cause of your phimosis. Children and adults can experience phimosis for different reasons.

What is paraphimosis

The condition called Paraphimosis occurs when the foreskin retracts but cannot be moved back to its normal position. This problem will require emergency medical attention. A complication of paraphimosis is reduced blood flow to the end of the penis.

Our Solution

Our phimosis-stretcher consists of a series of cones designed to gently dilate the skin to the phimotic ring, applying progressive and constant pressure. In this way, it is possible to restore the stage prior to the appearance of phimosis.

Phimosis-Stretcher - Cones

Phimosis treatment help

Adult men who suffer or have suffered from the condition of narrowing of the foreskin, know how unpleasant phimosis is. However, phimosis today does not have to be a lifelong aggravation. Historically, circumcision has been the medical solution to this problem. Currently there is an alternative that has been tested with positive results and that should be considered before the surgical approach. This alternative is the use of suitable elements (cones or extender rings) that allow the foreskin to be lengthened in a safe and controlled manner.

This problem occurs when the foreskin gets stuck over the head of the penis because it is too tight. Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin cannot be retracted (pulled back) from around the tip of the penis. Your age can determine the cause of this problem. Children and adults can experience it for different reasons. Having a tight foreskin (phimosis) is usually not a big problem, and foreskin stretching is usually an easy and successful way to treat it at home. But if it doesn't work after a few weeks and you begin to notice new or worsening symptoms, see a doctor for treatment to prevent any complications that may be caused by a tight foreskin or associated infection.

Through careful and continuous use of our phimosis-stretcher cone system, you may be able to gently stretch the foreskin back into its normal position. Our cone design allows you to treat phimosis without the need for surgery (circumcision). Our system is based on the principle of skin dilation if it is subjected to constant pressure over time. It is a physical and mechanical principle, not a "potion" or something "magical". The results and the effectiveness of the product depend on each user and the care to use the cones that act to cure phimosis. Our Phimosis-stretcher system is a medical device that can be freely sold in pharmacies without a prescription.

Our system makes it possible to take advantage of the natural tendency of the epidermal tissue to adapt, if it is subjected to controlled, prolonged, gentle, minimal and progressive dilation pressures. Our design acts through a series of progressive ABS cones, anatomically shaped and free of side effects. By positioning each cone on the glans, progressively replacing them and exerting controlled force, the scar ring is weakened and thinned, allowing the growth of new elastic cells that replace the hardened tissue in a short time. The process is complete when the foreskin is able to descend to the base of the glans without squeezing it and move freely, even when the penis is erect.

Instructions for use

  • Choose the size of the cones for your phimosis; this should be used on the glans without applying excessive force or causing pain.
  • Carefully clean your hands, cones, foreskin and glans with disinfectant or alcohol before starting.
  • Over-the-counter corticosteroid creams and ointments, such as hydrocortisone, can be effective for many skin conditions that cause phimosis. Your doctor may recommend and prescribe the use of topical steroids on the foreskin. These creams are also an excellent lubricant to use our phimosis-stretcher or expansion cones.
  • To make inserting the cone easier, moisten or lubricate the cone and foreskin with cream or oil. Although a corticosteroid cream is best, a mild children's type mineral oil can also be used as a lubricant.
  • Pull the foreskin down as far as possible, over the glans, i.e. the head of the penis. Place the base of the cone on the glans, pressing on it.
  • Pull the foreskin up around the cone. Pull on the foreskin until the phimotic ring slightly passes the largest diameter of the cone.
  • If necessary, hold the foreskin and push the cone in until the phimotic ring slightly passes the larger diameter of the cone. In this position, the cone can remain for several hours, without coming out of the foreskin.
  • Wear each cone at least 18 hours a day, for at least 72 hours before trying to move on to the next diameter
  • The difference between each cone is 1.0 mm in diameter. If the insertion of the next cone in diameter causes pain, it will be necessary to reuse the same cone for at least another 72 hours.
  • Stop applying force if the phimosis ring on the foreskin starts to crack or bleed, as this can expose you to infection. Don't apply too much force or too fast, as this can damage the phimosis ring on the foreskin.
  • Always observe the best cleaning, hygiene and care practices. In case of observing any cut condition, swelling, excessive redness, etc, consult your doctor immediately.
  • Our design is based on the principle of skin dilation, if it is subjected to constant pressure over time. It is a physical and mechanical principle, it is not a “magic” product. The results and effectiveness of the product depend on each user and how it is used.
  • The progressive use of the cones has no side effects and does not cause permanent pain. If you have any discomfort, it is because perhaps the user is doing the procedure too quickly. We always recommend advancing progressively, without forcing the phimotic ring too much..
  • Stop pulling if your foreskin starts to crack or bleed, as this can expose you to infection. See a doctor if your foreskin begins to crack or bleed. He will recommend alternative medical treatments to cure your phimosis.

  • Note 1: It is not possible to give a precise estimate of the time required to complete treatment with our cone system as each case is different, due to the many factors that affect the timing of treatment, such as age, severity (tight, not tight) and the type of phimosis (congenital, acquired).

Note 2: During the night it is recommended not to use the extender cones. The reason is that the foreskin stretching process requires a rest after stretching. It is necessary to allow the adaptation of the phimosis ring to its new diameter, avoiding causing any inflammation. Leaving the extensor cone on overnight can cause inflammation and can eventually affect the dermis of the skin.

Our product can be useful and effective in treating all types of phimosis. However, its effectiveness may be reduced in the case of Lichen Sclerosis. Lichen sclerosus, in fact, causes the skin of the foreskin to "dry out" and not allow it to heal completely. In this case consult your doctor to find an appropriate solution to your case of PHYMOSIS.

The condition called paraphimosis or painful swelling of the foreskin, occurs when the foreskin retracts away from the glans, gets stuck and cannot be moved back to its normal position. This problem (caused by phimosis) is usually painful and may require emergency medical attention. A complication of paraphimosis is a reduction in blood flow to the glans, that is, the head of the penis.

Treatment options for paraphimosis are similar to those for phimosis. Lubricate the glans and foreskin it can help slide the foreskin up. Before trying this home treatment, you should consult with a doctor. Ask your doctor to recommend brands and types of ointments or lotions that are insurance. If paraphimosis continues for several hours, changes in color, or pain, you should get a medical evaluation right away.

Paraphimosis usually occurs as a complication of phimosis, being more serious and dangerous since it involves strangulation of the penis which, in the worst case, could cause necrosis due to congestion that prevents blood flow.

Phimosis is a disease characterized by a loss in the elasticity of the skin of the foreskin. Aging is the main cause of the skin losing its properties and elasticity. In older adults, this problem can come on suddenly, especially in diabetic men. Over time, a large number of diabetic patients have phimosis. For this reason, adequate control of your diabetes is very important, since there is a clear relationship between the two diseases.
